Every woman deserves PPE that fits.
94.1% of women in industrial and trade workplaces struggle to find PPE that fits properly. 20.3% have experienced injuries because of it. These aren't statistics — they're the daily reality for women in construction, manufacturing, emergency response, and beyond.
The Safety Rack is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We don't sell PPE. We build the research base, develop the educational tools, and amplify the advocacy needed to make properly fitting PPE an industry expectation — not an individual worker problem.
